The reality of equal educational opportunities from employees' perspectives

The study aimed to identify the reality of applying equal educational opportunities in public schools Irbid Kasbah directorate education from its employees' perspectives (school principals, assistant teachers, and administrators). researcher used descriptive approach addition a 22-item questionnaire spread over five domains. sample consisted 110 participants chosen by stratified random sampling method according their job title as follow: school principal 18, teachers 51 administrators 23. results indicated that application procedures Ministry Education on scale paragraphs whole was medium with mean (2.74). Based results, recommended officials develop general framework for opportunities, analyze legislations govern workflow regard opportunities.
